WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once an order is placed, We will arrang the device testing, after 2 days testing, we will deliver your order. Don’t worry—we'll email you tracking information when the order ships. 

Whether there will be extra customs fee or TVA?

We have two modes of transportatiom. First is international express, the shipping time is 8-14 days, but maybe cost extra customes fee or TVA. The second is special line, the shipping time is 15-25 days, but you don't need to pay extra customs fee or TVA.  Default, we will send special line.

We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

 

WILL YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada and the US.

 

CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?

No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
